ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your Shoe Connection purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer easy options to help you find your perfect fit. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order. All items must be in original, unworn condition, including the shoe box, which must remain unmarked and unaltered. Refunds are processed via the original payment method, excluding shipping charges.
Items purchased using a gift card are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Please note that items purchased from the Sale tab can only be returned for an exchange or store credit, so we encourage you to choose carefully before purchasing.
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned for change of mind reasons, including for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
We only process returns for items bought directly from the Shoe Connection New Zealand and Australian websites. For purchases made through other websites, please consult the respective retailer’s returns policy.
HOW TO LODGE AN ONLINE RETURN
1. Ensure your purchase meets the return guidelines above.
2. Notify us by completing this form: Return Request Form.
3. Securely package your items in a parcel bag or carton to prevent transit damage. Include your name and order number for identification.
4. Return your items via Post or courier. You are responsible for postage costs, and we recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER TO A RETAIL STORE?
Full-priced items can be exchanged, refunded or returned for store credit at any Shoe Connection store, except Outlet stores, which cannot accept any online returns.
In-store returns for Full-priced online purchases may require additional processing time.
Sale items cannot be returned in-store for an exchange or store credit and must be returned Online.
REPAIRS OR FAULTY GOODS
If your item is faulty, we’ll do our best to repair or replace it. Contact our online Shoe Connection team promptly if you notice a fault.
• For manufacturing faults that can be repaired, we’ll cover the repair cost.
• For faults caused by wear and tear or outside warranty, repairs can be arranged at your expense.
• If a manufacturing fault cannot be repaired or replaced, we’ll issue a full refund or store credit, including return postage charges.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
For in-store purchases, full-priced items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days, provided they are unused and in original condition, including packaging.
• Sale items are eligible for exchange only within 7 days of purchase.
• Outlet items are final sale and cannot be returned.
