INSTORE POLICY

If you have purchased your item in one of our physical Shoe Connection stores,  you are welcome to return for an exchange or refund within 7 days from date of purchase.  The item being returned must be in the original condition you bought them in, and with the original and undamaged shoe box/packaging.

Where sale items have been purchased. we will gladly exchange unworn product within 7 days of purchase as long as the item is in the original condition and with the original and undamaged shoe box/packaging.

There are no refunds on sale or Outlet goods.

If the goods you have purchased are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a solution.

Unfortunately Shoe Connection does not currently provide a facility to redeem Shoe Connection Gift Cards online. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Gift Cards will expire 12 months after the date of issue. To redeem a Gift Card, simply present it at the time of purchase in store, scratch the panel and enter your unique PIN. This pre-paid Gift Card is redeemable for goods sold at any Shoe Connection Store throughout New Zealand. The Gift Card value includes GST. Not redeemable for cash, another gift card or payments on accounts. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited upon card expiry. Change will not be given. Void if altered or defaced. Will not be replaced or honoured if damaged, lost, stolen or the subject of fraudulent presentation. Balance information can be given at any store upon request. Gift Cards hold no value until activated in the Issuers Gift Card system.
