Shopping at Novo just got even easier. Order online and collect your order from a selected Novo store, and we'll have your shoes ready on the same day.
Please present the order confirmation email or SMS while collecting the parcel.

Shop Online - Purchase the item(s) online and choose Pick up at the local store. Novo will order your purchase if it is out of stock (exclusions apply)

Ready for collection - We will send an email and SMS when your order is ready for collection.

Pick up in store - Please present the order confirmation email to pick up the order.

FAQ'S

If an item is unavailable at your local store, we will cancel the unavialable item and process the refund back into the account. An email notification will be sent if the item is not available.

You will receive an email notification when the order is ready to pick up.

Click and Collect is available nationwide.

You will need to visit the nominated store and speak to the staff member.

Once your purchase is available for pick up, your selected store will hold it for 10 days. Following this, your purchase will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Yes, just provide their name and mobile number at checkout. Make sure they have their ID ready at pick up.

If the item is out of stock in the nominated store, this means that your order cannot be collected from your preferred pick up location.

You will receive an email notification indicating that item(s) is not available in the store and the refund will be processed to the nominated account.

Should you need to cancel your order prior to pick up, please email us at customercare@novogroup.com.au as soon as possible.

You'll be offered the best price/promotion when you collect your goods instore.
