RETURNS

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

We’ve made it easy for you to exchange or refund your order if something isn’t quite right. Your order is eligible for return up to 30 days from the date of delivery. All returns must be in the original and unworn condition, including the shoe box which should not be marked or altered in any way. Please note, items purchased from Outlet are final sale and therefore are not eligible for return. Therefore, please choose carefully before making your purchase.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment methods. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

HOW TO LODGE AN ONLINE RETURN

  1. Ensure your purchase meets the returns guidelines as specified above.
  2. Let us know you are sending your items back by filling in the form here.
  3. Using a parcel bag or carton, package the goods to be returned. Ensure adequate packaging is used so that the items are not damaged in transit. Please include a slip of paper indicating your name and order number so that we can identify your return.
  4. Organise postage via post or courier. You are responsible for the cost of postage, we strongly recommend using a tracked service as we cannot take any responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit to us. Our Online Returns address is:

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER TO A RETAIL STORE?

We currently accept online exchange requests at our retail stores, however, please note that there is an additional processing time. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for online orders in our retail stores.

REPAIRS OR FAULTY GOODS

In the event that the item you have purchased is faulty, we will try our hardest to have it repaired or replaced. If you notice a fault, do not hesitate to contact our online Shoe Connection team.

If the returned product has a manufacturing fault that can be repaired, we will arrange for the repair at our expense. If the product has no warranty or the fault is caused through fair wear and tear, Shoe Connection can get the product repaired at the customers request, however the cost of the repair will be charged to the customer. If the product returned has a manufacturing fault that cannot be repaired or replaced, Shoe Connection will offer a full refund or store credit (including return postage charges).

IN-STORE PURCHASES

If you’ve made a purchase instore, you are welcome to return any full priced item for refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase. This applies to items which are unused and in original condition, including the packaging.

Sale items are eligible for exchange only within 7 days of purchase. For Outlet items, refunds are not available.
